DVD Talk review of 'Testimony - Tony Palmer's Story of Shostakovich / Ben Kingsley'

I read Gerry Putzer's DVD review of Testimony - Tony Palmer's Story of Shostakovich / Ben Kingsley at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=23537 and I wanted to comment that for me this dvd is a big dissapointment. A great film but the image quality is that of a bad VHS copy and unwatchable even on a small television. I saw (and taped) this film years ago when it was broadcast on Dutch television so I know how great it can look. Why this film gets 4 stars for the image quality I can't understand. I would give it no more then 1/4 star. The sound quality is allright though. A discrace that such a good film gets this treatment! Don't buy this !!!
