thanks guys I haven't heard of any of these titles except for Tales from the crypt movie and heavy metal. I'll have to go to imdb and see which ones are worth blind buys. thanks again (but if anyone can think of more by all means keep adding them)

It says Rent It because the disc quality is crap and not worth a purchase. It's still worth watching, though. Hence the "Rent It", which is not the same thing as "Skip It".

three... extremes

without a doubt!! this is great if you're into creepshow and tales from the crypt. it's less comical and more thought-provoking, yet harrowing and very unsettling nonetheless.

It is Japanese. There's also a sequel, I believe, called Three...Extremes 2.

Three... Extremes is the sequel, Three (no Extremes) was the 1st. It contained the
short films Going Home, The Wheel and Memories.

You're right. But FWIW, "Extremes" has been re-packaged as "Three...Extremes 2." Saw it at HV the other day. Shady marketing that is.

Sounds like Extremes at least sold enough for the 1st to be brought over. I guess
that's a good thing Now they can rerelease Extremes later and call it part 3
