The Jacket - Blind Buy Material?

What I pulled from the opinions is it's a one-trick pony that might not have a lot of rewatch value because of its similarities to "better" films. Can anyone recommend otherwise?

I didn't even think it was good enough for one trick to be honest. It's incredibly derivative and poorly made. I watched it twice, with about a 5-6 month gap between the two viewings, just in case I was in a bad mood etc the first time, but it made no difference. I usually love films like this but found this one very average. Loads of other films out there that are along similar lines but do it a whole lot better.
