DVD Talk review of 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang'
I read Adam Tyner's DVD review of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=22474 and...
I bought this disc as well, although I don't have an HD DVD player quite yet. I put the disc in my computer (DVD side down), and it says there's 5.57gb of data. I thought single-layer discs could only be a max of 4.7gb. Is it possible that this is the first dual-format HD-DVD/DVD disc that has a dual-layer DVD side, or am I just misinformed about single-layer discs?

The HD DVD side has one layer (up to 15 gigs), but the DVD side has two layers (up to 9 gigs).

No problem.
Supposedly discs are in the wings that'll have two layers on both sides, so the DVD side will have 9 gigs and the HD DVD side will have a full 30 gigs.
