DVD Talk review of 'Hoodwinked!'
I read Bill Gibron's DVD review of Hoodwinked! at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=21298 and...
Excellent review, pal! I didn't like the flick quite as much as you did, but I found it quite amusing and, yes, kind of adorable. Looking forward to a second visit to the 'Hood.

Thanks for the feedback.
I will admit - upon first viewing I was impressed, but not overwhelmed (aside from Andy Dick's turn as Boingo - he was amazing). Upon a second viewing, I was shocked at how much more I enjoyed it. I am really sick of the whole SHARK TALE/SHREK ideal of pop culture references smothered in stunt casting. There is some of that here, but there is also a real desire to be witty and clever.
Hope you like it more upon revisit.
BILL
