Which aspect of the film are you looking for? The violence, the satire, the collision of movie genres, the weird surrealism, the "trippy" feeling?

Takashi Miike from Japan puts out some pretty weird stuff that's on a similar wavelength. Check out a recent movie of his called "Gozu".

I'd say "Run Lola Run" has a somewhat similar style. "House of a 1000 Corpses" has a lot of over-the-top stylistics (and its probably the only time RLR and HoaTC both got suggested in the same recommendation thread). Also, "Kill Bill".

Anything from the film that's like that. I've seen Kill Bill and House of 1,000 Corpses...

I really didn't care for that one at all so my suggestions may not be great but the best I can think of are some of Takashi Miike's films. Maybe check out Ichi the Killer.

Pro-bassonist I've always been curious, who is that person in your avatar?

As for NBK, sorry I can't really comment. I had a hard time enjoying the movie, which is weird considering how much I like that type of movie.

Another movie that I thought of that may be what the OP is looking for: the 1999 Korean movie "Nowhere to Hide"

That leaves it wide open... For over the top violence, how about Toxic Avenger?

Definitely has comedic content. If you do get Toxic Avenger, make sure it is unrated.

Also, just realized Devil's Rejects isn't mentioned yet.

No, I didn't mean a film that just has violence. I meant that theme to the movie.

I've seen Toxic Avenger and The Devil's Rejects already anyways.

Thanks though guys.

Which theme? You're really not being clear in what you're looking for.

Maybe The Doom Generation?
