Any DVD recommendations for a good, spooky, suspensefull, thriller?

I'm in the middle of watching The Skeleton Key which looks to be a good, spooky, suspensefull, a bit of a supernatural thriller, what other movies like this would be worth getting on DVD?

Let me see:
1. High Tension;
2. Saw (unrated version); and to go back to the well:
3. Frailty.

Only the last counts as "supernatural," if that is what you want.
