DVD Talk review of 'Transfixed'
I read Daniel W. Kelly's DVD review of Transfixed at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=13780 and...
I guess the DVD makers lied to Daniel about the subtitle problem being fixed in the commericial release, because I had the same problem with the subtitles lagging far behind and mine was NOT a preview copy!

I had purchased the DVD at the local Borders upon its release. It had the subtitle problem (some defective ones must have made it to the stores), so I mailed it in to PictureThis! and got a replacement copy. The replacement was a corrected version. Perhaps wherever you purchased it still had very old stock which wasn't pulled?

I just got the DVD from DVD Empire...unfortunately, they must have the "old stock" too - the subtitle problem was a major issue. So, I guess I also have to go through the hassle of contacting PictureThis!, if I can even find an address.
