I read Ian Jane's DVD review of Unleashed at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=17926 and...wow! really? i didn't think this movie looked that good from trailers. seemed cliched and already done (kinda of). this review makes me want to see it now, maybe own.

but tell me...is this the longer/uncut version that plays somewhere as "Danny the Dog" or is this another American chop job?

So, the extended version has 'markers' that come up during new stuff? Can that be turned off? If not, I'll just stick with the original.

i think that there is an "unrated version" and an "extended version" on the same disc, and the extended one has markers and what not.

Well , i do have danny the dog , and i did get unleashed today... have not sat and checked unleashed yet so I'm not sure what is missing/changed. I will say dvdcompare lists the euro release at 102.29 minutes. The unleashed release has a running time of 1 hour 42 minutes... the same length. So I dont think there is any real cuts here.

I did get an insert with an ad for telemundo

Seems one of the fight scenes that was "edited" in the US release (in the pit) is not the same as danny the dog (watching the extended release now that shows the cuts... to save time)
