DVD Talk review of 'The Waltons - The Complete Second Season'

I read Don Houston's DVD review of The Waltons - The Complete Second Season at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=15564 and...

It's a shame there aren't any/many extras. I'd love a "where are they now" section. I used to be in love with Papa Walton...he always seemed so steady and reliable and incredibly right about everything. For sure they just don't make anything warm and fuzzy like that show anymore. I'm so sick of the asinine "reality" crapola I could barf. I can't wait for the tide to turn and someone with brains and balls to come out with a good show to buck the current 'exteme' craze and, of course, if it's a hit, then all the rest would goosestep in line with copy-kats. It's no wonder I'd rather watch every episode of Cops on TV or one of my DVDs!

Goodnight, Don-Boy....

I'm willing to bet that fans of the show would like the episodes remastered first, and better extras second, but it was a very positive show, unlike the majority of crud on the market today. Thanks for the comments!
