any newsradio reviews yet?

when i looked at the back of the box, I have gotten a tad concerned. 10 episodes are on disc 1, and so on. that equals out to approximatly 4 hours of video on one disc, which could make the picture to look like extreme crap. There is also a concern about music changes, does anyone know about these?

It was only finally put on request notification for us yesterday, so I suspect a lot of outlets haven't received theirs yet. Here's the thing, though: knowing that it's a Sony release, compression artifacts and music alterations are pretty much a given.

Here's one review at Sitcoms Online.

Speaking for myself, I don't need a review. This is one of the few TV shows that I'll pick up regardless of what the reviews have to say. I've been waiting for this one for years.

Haven't gotten my copy, but will be getting it if I have to rent it or buy it. I think it's one of the best sitcoms of the 90's, personally, and am very excited about the DVD.

www.tvshowsondvd.com has a pretty positive review up. The audio commentaries sound awesome. Looking forward to grabbing this eventually.

The audio commentaries are awesome. Very funny when they ask the former NBC president why they changed its timeslot so many times lol.

On some of the episodes you can see a bit of compression sadly, but not that bad. Im glad to have these!

It's a great set...however, Sony really should have made it four discs.

Definitely should be four DVDs, but it's great just to have it out on DVD.
