I was thinking the same thing as I never heard of it before the review but upon checking out some other reviews it seems to be a love or hate film (All Movie and IMDb user comments and external reviews).

This is probably the definition "Love It" or "Hate It" film...
I'm in the "Love It" category... Lotsa over the top fun. Who knew Zombies and Baseball would go together so well!!!
