DVD Talk review of 'A World Without Thieves'
 

Ian, in researching your review for "A World Without Thieves" I'm guessing you might have stumbled across some incorrect information on the 'net (what a shocker, eh?).

The character of "Dumbo" (as per the English subs) aka the humble peasant lad, is actually played by the actor Baoqiang Wang, not Bingbing Li as mentioned in your review. Bingbing Li is a woman; she was the "babe" among the bad group of thieves who were after Dumbo.

For those interested, Baoqiang Wang played a character similar to "Dumbo" in a previous film "Blind Shaft" (which is also very good).

Yup and when I saw her name in the credits at the end of the movie, I thought how appropriate cause she definitely is Bing! Bing! hot! :)
