I genuinely have no idea why he measures the aspect ratio on his television since overscan will vary from display to display, but he does that on every review.

Thanks for the review. Trying not to buy anything right now, but I'll have to make an exception for Pixar.

there's reveiws up for both ign and dvdmg.
ign gave it an 8 and dvdmg gave it an A+.

IGN's complaints about the video transfer have been debunked by Kris Deering from the Secrets of Home Theater site in his postings at AVSForum. He calls the disc reference quality (Pixar's best yet) and analyzed that the problems IGN saw with it are actually the fault of the DVD player being used.

It's incredible, no pun intended. Best shadow detail I've maybe ever seen on a DVD. Working on a review as I write this.
