G. Noel Gross is reviewing it for DVD Talk -- it'll probably coincide with one of his columns.

Got the set a couple of weeks ago. The set is awesome, one of the best horror releases ever.
My biggest complaint is the packaging. The set looks great on the outside, but it's that stupid fold out holder, (like Batman Animated, Dark Angel etc), I just hate that thing, it's so flimsy.
I've been going through the discs in order. The Theatrical cut is the best it's ever looked, the DTS Track is nice, the gunshots sound a little unusually loud though. The commentary with Romero is informative but if your a fan of the movie the it's nothing you haven't heard before. Plus, I HAAAATE Tom Savini, dig his work but hate him, & he doesn't shut up on the commentary.
The extended versions has a very informative commentary by the producer.
I just finished the Argento cut of the film, with the cast commentary, that there is not one second of silnence on. The cast has fun & the commentary is really completely dominated by Ken Forre, but they mostly talk about reminiscing on the set rather than give you any info at all about the different European cut of the film, which would have been much more interesting.
Haven't watched the documentaries yet, but unless the DVD reviewer is way off, this DVD should definitely get the "DVD TALK Collector's Series" recommendation.

The DVDs look amazing! So rich, so lush - especially nice is having my picture on Cinema/Dark. Nice. What a set. This movie just gets better with every viewing.
Also great are the effects: much better now that the color is improved. Most of the blood no longer looks like pink oil paint!
