Bicentennial Man DVD
How is the Bicentennial Man DVD? I heard it has an excellent transfer and DD 5.1 sound. I've seen the first 1/4 of the movie and really enjoyed it. So it would be a semi-blind buy. From what I understand there is no extras. Is there any talk of a SE re-release or is this all we're probably going to get?
Thanks!
Thanks!

You should probably be able to get it fairly cheap (I've seen it going for less than $9 at most places) or off of ebay. Audio and video are both pretty good, but not great compared to some other releases (it did come out on DVD 3 years ago). There's a trailer and a featurette, but that is it for supplements. It's worth getting if you can find it at a good price, as I doubt there will be a special edition re-release but you never know. However, just FYI, the fist half of this film is a lot better than the last half and it runs kinda long.
