Just my personal review Nice transfer. No extras and it's not in stereo. But oh well. Great movie. And well worth the $14.99. Everytime I watch it I'm amazed it didn't do well in the theatres.

Bought this blind and loved it. Nothing really special on the disc, but it is anamorphic and has a decent transfer, so I'm happy.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by the sharpness and level of detail. Looks just fine on a 65" screen, with vivid colors. Sure, it's a bit aged, but still a nice job. And the sound is very clean, including a punchy score by Tangerine Dream and others.

Coming from someone who has seen this many times on both vhs and laserdisc, the picture quality on the dvd is outstanding. I never thought this movie could look so good. If only there were some bonus features...
