The Order: From Cremaster 3?

Any reviews yet of this? The entire Cremaster Cycle is supposed to be released by Palm Pictures in September, but I was wondering what the multi-angle feature on this disc is like. |
Still not picked this up yet and wouldn't mind knowing myself from anybody who may have picked it up?

The only mention I've seen so far anywhere is this post on the Criterion board:

I pre-ordered it from DeepDiscount and still haven't gotten it.

I really hope Palm Pictures puts out the complete Cycle I have seen them all and they are completely beyond description. It is a combination of music and characters, melded with set pieces that tell an abstract story, unique to each viewer and viewing. The lack of dialogue really enhances this aspect.
That said I have the screener for The Order unfortunately the multi angle feature isn't available on it. The trailer is there and it is terrific and should really intrigue many who have no idea what the Cremaster Cycle is. The 30 min version of the Order is part of the entire Cycle specifically part 3 so I will probably wait to see if they actually release 1,2,3,4,5 before getting it. |
