Kingpin. Worth it?
 

Ive heard good things about the miniseries Kingpin. I am a big gangster movie fan and i was wondering if anyone who has seen it could tell me if it was any good or not. Thx

Ya, I'm also a big gangster movie fan so I would like word on this also.

I only got to see the first three episodes of the series when it aired on television but from what I saw it was fantastic programming. I cant wait to get this on dvd.

I watched the whole series when it aired, it was pretty good but I don't know if I would watch it again.. kind of one of those things where there are better things to get on dvd.. and the fact that it doesn't really end so if they don't bring it back next season (any word?) its kind of an open ended story..

I think it's a good deal considering that NBC was charging $50 for it on their website not too long ago and you can pick it up in the stores this week for $16. :)

FWIW, I liked the show when it was on. Good stuff.
