any Chicago reviews yet?

I know it's early, but I am really looking forward to this dvd. Also what are the confirmed specs. I've heard
dd 5.1
deleted "class" number
anamorphic widescreen
featurette.

It doesn't come out for about 2 1/2 months if I remember right, so I don't think there will be any reviews for a while.

if this sounds anything like the way it did in the theater, then we should expect a really aggressive in terms of the surrounds. All the songs had a heavy use of surround sound and some deep bass as well.

Also this reviewer has those huge screens, and has a great sound system so, this is one dvd to not miss.

thanks for the link to the DVDreview ryuryu2949. I was having trouble accessing this review from DVDreviews main page. I am glad they give the audio tracks better marks than from other reviews I have read. Can't wait to get this.

the guy at dvdfile said something like that there isn't much surround use, but the one at htf said that there is deeper sepertion between the lead vocal and the chorus which leads me to belive that the chorus is in the surrounds right?

saw "Chicago" three time in the theatre, and was continually impressed with the 5.1 soundmix of the film, that's why I was surprised to read DVDFile's tepid review of the audio transfer when I distinctly remember the surrourd tracks being very aggressive and prominent in the theatre mix.

The only movie I have ever walked out of in my life in a theatre...
