I haven't seen the movie yet, but from what I hear, stay far, far away. Maybe I'll catch it on cable one of these days.

It's hardly as bad as everyone seems to think (AOTC was MUCH worse). It's a bit light but if you liked #1 I find it hard to imagine you wouldn't enjoy #2 unless your expectations are totally out of whack. Good humor and effects, plot a little goofy but the actors all do well enough with it.

It's pretty much a rehash of the first one. So if you like the first one, you should enjoy the second one. I think its worth the $15.

I actually enjoyed this one a bit more than the original. It was briskly paced and I enjoyed the extended parts for the Worm Guys and Frank the Pug immensely.

That's never a good way to start a post.

Now see, I had exactly the opposite reaction.

You're right and I'll never do it again. Why, because I watched this movie 2 days ago and it wasn't that bad. (I didn't buy or rent it, my brother-in-law rented it so I watched it with him, it was either that or Time Machine)

I thought it was a really kool movie, hope they come out with a part 3, not as good as part 1 though

A bad movie?

I am not really sure how anyone could say this is a bad movie. It was entertaining and the effects were pretty good. If you expect a life altering experience you should'nt be watching movies in the first place.

Not nearly as good as the first one, but that's in part because the clever premise is no longer clever. Still, Jones and Smith have some good chemistry, and it's fairly harmless light entertainment. The villains are pretty lame and unfunny compared to Vincent D'Onofrio's character from the first one, and the plot is less interesting than the characters and their actions. Not laugh-out-loud funny, but a few comedic moments.

Overall, not as bad as some people seem to be saying, but not as good as the original, which I really liked.

Two final random thoughts....Patrick Warburton is seriously underused and the product placement throughout is annoying.
