DVD quality wise they are all rather poor, with the exception of Enter the Dragon.

They are NOT poor!
The picture is crisp & color is fine, no grain.
The only bad is the source. There is specs, old film scenes.
It's o.k. set, it's by no means a SCARFACE quailty dvd.

film-wise....every true bruce lee movie (beware of imitators) is awesome. my favorites go in this order:

1. Fist of Fury (The Chinese Connection in USA)
2. Enter the Dragon
3. Way of the Dragon (Return of the Dragon in USA)
4. The Big Boss (Fists of Fury in USA)
5. Game of Death (unfinished by lee before his death...this one is mostly an imitator...only some footage at the end is Bruce Lee).

As far as quality of DVD's is concerned, I can't speak much for the Fox set because I haven't really seen it, but I wouldn't buy any version that doesn't have original cantonese soundtracks with English subtitles. If you can play dvd's from other regions there are supposedly some very good R2 versions of The Big Boss and Fist of Fury. The R0 Megastar/Universal Special Edition of Fist of Fury is pretty decent too.
