Review Wanted: Bram Stoker's Dracula...

I'm looking for reviews of either the old BS Dracula disc, or the new Superbit version. I have never seen the film, and I'm thinking about buying it sight unseen (huge fan of the book). Is that a wise choice?

If you're Laserdisc inclined, there is a very nice set from Criterion. 3 Disc, CAV, commentary, behind the scenes.

We reviewed the bare-bones Superbit edition, which is preferable to the previous DVD release since picture and sound are slightly improved and there weren't any extras of note on version 1.0, anyway. Here's the link, and within the body of our review we've included hires, albeit small, DVD captures.
