Has anyone seen The Christopher Nolan film The Following?
If so, is it any good?

If you don't own Memento yet, on 5/21 they're releasing a Following/Memento 2-pack. I don't know if it will be the current Memento or the SE they're releasing on the same date, or the pricing, but you may want to hold off buying Following until you know more.

Pretty good flick. It's short (I think under 70 minutes). It has the option of playing the movie in chronological order. I enjoyed it, but I don't know how often I'll go back and watch it. I enjoyed Memento more.

Thanks for the info everyone.

I already own the current Memento release, trying to trade it in anticipation of the new release. Went ahead and traded for The Following on another board, can't wait to see it.
