Wanted: Review of Queen:We Will Rock You (2001)

Can someone post a review of the 2001 release of Queen:We Will Rock You. I'll appreciate it if someone could post a comparison of the dts and dd versions. Thanks

I sold my old version (first disc I ever got) when I heard this new version is coming out. I read a review of this new one (sorry, I forgot where), but the picture quality is supposed to be way better on the new version, plus a fairly interesting commentary. I assume the audio is better too, but I'll pick this up when I have more money. It's not too high on my list now because I've seen it not too long ago.

All I can say is if you are a fan of Queen, pick
this up. You will not be disappointed. The
surrounds on this are great but the overall
sound will blow you away!

Turn down your base, though.
Be forewarned.

This new disc is much better than the old one. Especialy in the picture quailty- the colors are much more vibrant- and detail is dead on. Sound wise the surround mix has been improved, especially with the added DTS track. The older track seemed to be a little sloppy with erratic sound- especialy on the guitar solos. If you buy the DTS version you also get the DD 5.1 track- so you get the best of both worlds. This DVD also has animated menus-unlike the older one and the new one aslo has a photo gallery- trivia game (fairly easy if your a fan) and a discography and biography on each member- its a good package overall if your a die-hard fan or if you just want to see a good concert. I say pick it up!
