Yes it's on DVD. Transfer isn't that great, but I found the commentary to be pretty entertaining.

bad transfer, chapter stops are a little silly placed. good movie for kicks, but seriously i haven't been able to watch the whole thing through since i saw it the first time (i've had it opened on DVD since it came out and still haven't watched more than 10 minutes at a time)
