Probably so, if you can get the right adapters (most likely an RCA to mini jack).
Only problem is the powered sub you have is probably real low power (10-40 watts) compared to regular home theater subs (100-1000 watts) and it won't be able to keep up with your other speakers.

rubberman01, what are the specs on that sub? AFAIK, most "good" computer subwoofers go down to 45-55Hz at best. A normal sized loudspeaker can probably go that low, so a computer sub may not be of much use.
