Yes, but in my state (SC) a retail license is a one-time fee of $50. DBL sells everything--cell phone/camcorder batteries to Monster cable to JBL speakers to dvd racks and most things in between (you can browse their site even without a account). Typically for about 1/3 what Best Buy sells it for (they are a legitimate wholesale distributor). So consider just how fast that one time fee could be absorbed. Of course, I have some tax papers that must be filled out four times a year but that's not much hassle.
Everybody in this forum is hell-bent on bargains (me included) and dbldistributing is the biggest money saver I have ever found. I already had a retail license, but would obtain one just to have an account with them.
