is it available yet? if so, where's the best online place to shop? is pioneer the only place to buy it yet?
and i assume so, but does it have DD-ex? [Edited by TCG on 04-01-01 at 11:27 PM] |
If it only had more optical inputs

Hmm, that site doesn't say if it's DTS-ES discrete or not. Just DTS-ES compatible, whatever that means. 100x6 at 6 ohms or 8? No DPLII.

Damn it! I was so excited when I read "DTS-ES under $600"! Based on what I've read, namely http://www.hometheaterhifi.com/volum...c2-3-2001.html, how could any new receiver NOT have DPL2 built in!?
Will somebody please release a 6.1 receiver with THX Surround EX or DD Matrix 6.1, DTS-ES Matrix, and DPL2 for under $1000 MSRP? Do I hear a Denon 3802? How about an Onkyo 797? A Pioneer TX35x? |
