I might be going out on a limb here, but I'm guessing you haven't tried http://www.vampirewire.com?
I didn't explore the site, but it appears they have an online catalog...if all else fails, try sending them an email (a contact address is on the site, as well)

I got my HDTV monitor, progressive scan DVD player, digital tunner/satalite receiver, accessories, and Vampire Wire there. THeir retail store is local, but I know they do well over half their business on the web
