Best HT in a Box?

What do you guys think is the best HT in a box for a price under $400? I seem to hear the JVC DS-TP230 a lot. I saw the thread about it and lots of people had very positive things to say about it. Any others that are close to it?

I think the best home theater in a box is the kenwood below. I had this in college last year and am just upgrading now, but it is great for the price! It is $499.00 though, A little more than your target, but check it out, I think you would be happy with this, its the Home Theater Systems: KENWOOD HTB503.
