Denon AVR-87 or AVR 1800- Need codes-Help

I just got a Denon AVR-87 (AVR-1800 from Sears). Unfortunately, I did not get the codes needed to program the remote for other brand product that connect to the A/V receiver. I cannot locate any on the internet. Does any body have an idea how to get the codes? I need to operate a General Instruments Dolby Digital cable converter box Model # DCT2244/1161/abcdef, a JVC TV model #AV-32950, and a Sony VHS model # SLV-675HF.
