The VSX-D509S. Great receiver, at a significant discount off of MSRP. Available at Fry's, although you might have a tough time getting your hands on one. Lots of bang for the buck here.
I have the 409 and I love it. The 509 is the same except with S-Video and a learning remote.

I saw a lot of 127 of these at ubid.com that ended up selling for the $174 initial bid price because only 70 or so people bid on them. That's about $210 after their shipping charges. They were new but sold with no warranty.
