Hello, I was interested in getting a tivo, I have Digital Cable through Charter Communications, I was wondering since Tivo has channel bars that go on the tv and Charter also has a TVGuide bar. I was just wondering if you guys think there would be conflicts between the two?

No they won't conflict. For more information on TiVo please visit the TiVo forums here . http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/smile.gif

To the best of my knowledge, the TiVo guide will override your cable guide. In addition to the link posted above, you can go here.

It will override the cable guide it self but when you change channels you will still see the cable channel bar in the background behind the TiVo channel bar. Infact the TiVo bar generaly dissapears quicker so you will see the cable bar for a few seconds before it dissapears too. Don't worry it works great. I have TiVo and Dish Network DSS, but the cable works the same way. By the way TiVo is a great device. http://sam.wood.tripod.com/smilies/supergrin.gif
