Pioneer SC-91 Receiver Question

I have a Pioneer SC-91 receiver and use a Harmony Touch remote control. I've programmed and hooked up everything properly; however, when I switch on the components to watch TV (TV, DirecTV genie, receiver set to SAT/Cable), about 30 seconds afterward, the receiver switches to the TV input. I've eliminated the remote control as the cause; I believe it's the receiver. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Re: Pioneer SC-91 Receiver Question

Not much to go on from your description. One thing that can cause the receiver to switch automatically are the HDMI control signals. Check and see if the component connected to the TV input(or is it the monitor output?) has the HDMI control turned on? Might be the ARC or HDMI control, try turning both features off on the TV and your components for troubleshooting.

In my experience HDMI control didn't work well at all with a Harmony setup.
