oppo stopped playing Blu-ray still plays DVD
 

I have an oppo BDP-83 Blu-ray player. Yesterday when I put in a Blu-ray disc to play I could see it loading on the screen but when the movie should start I could hear sound but the screen was blue. I tried several other Blu-ray discs with the same result, blue screen with sound. I tried some DVD's and they play fine. Any ideas on what is going on? Thanks in advance.

Best thing is to contact Oppo. They have the best customer service.

I have Oppo BDP-103, which is their Network 3D Blu-ray Player and so far it has been working like a champ for me. :)
