Can anyone recommend one of these systems? I don't have a lot of money right now, but I would like to add a little kick to my system. They seem to be priced pretty reasonbly for what you receive (receiver, speakers, sub). It looks like I could find one of these for around $400. I could swing that. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Here is a thread that just discussed this topic. Ultimately I got the Sony 820 but i don't know how amazing it is. I like it a lot but i have yet to hook up the surrounds and I can't compare it really. i listened to a few at the Wiz but that is no way to test them. People spoke pretty highly of Kenwood too.

I just bought a Kenwood in a box (VR-407 I believe) and it sounds great for just under $500.
