Anyone who lives near a "PC Richards", who is
interested in a floor model widescreen HDTV
(WT-46805) for $1,200, should run to the
store ASAP.
They're clearing out these models chain
wide for this year's replacement.

It's a 48" diagonal screen, and here's
how it looks:

I think they're primarily an East coast
outfit, but try their site:

Thanks for the tip Michael! I went to my local PC Richards and picked it up today (even managed to get them down to $1100!) Now, my decision is, do I take the 5 year warranty for $300 (normally $600). Usually I never take warrantees, but this TV was a floor model, so it might be a good idea.

find out what comes with the warranty...I know that the one that you can get at hifi buys comes with a free professional calibration at your home once a year. One such calibration generally costs between 200 and $300 dollars. If these are included you should take it. If you move it would also covers repairs if your set breaks during transport.
