I know this is something that probably gets asked alot but, i have yet to buy a dts title for fear that my player wont play the dts track. I have a dts decoder in my receiver. Do anybody know which players, dont recognize dts. Thanks in advance!

Any LD player with a digital out will pass the DTS bitstream.

As posted above, as long as you have a digital out it will work fine. I have my LD player connected to my Onkyo 676 through the digital optical out and the DTS LD sound is amazing. Maybe, just maybe a little better than DVDs DTS on some movies.

The actual quality difference is kind of slim, but I pick it out (but once you settle in your easy chair and get used to any of the soundtracks, you forget about most of the minute differences between DD/dts DVD/LDs. ------------------ PatCave ;HT Pix ;Pat's DVDs |
