What is wrong with this turntable?
 
I jus received a Technics turntable today that I bought from someone on ebay and something is definitely wrong with it. I know nothing about turntables so hopefully someone can help me.

It's broke. I think. That's the darkest video I've seen in awhile.

Anyway, the platter is just a metal plate spun by a motor, possibly with belts attaching the two. So somewhere something is scraping. See if you can localize it. Not sure about the spindle movement, it seems more likely it should be solid. Mine is.

Thanks. I dosconnected the belt and it scrapes even when I spin the platter by hand. Seems like it is scraping on the bottom. Im sending it back to the seller.
