I got my Acoustic Research S300 sub last Friday and have been watching movies and atuff over the weekend. Well, my new Rammstein DVD got here today, so a roommate and I were listening to it and how great the bass was. We live in an apartment on campus, so you know where this is going. One of my other roommates comes in shouting (we still couldn't hear him) that a res. adviser was knocking on our door. We couldn't hear someone shooting at our door. SO i turn the music off quick and answer the door. Turns out the had received complaints (I have had no one say anything to me since I got it on Friday) that the bass was too loud. Apparently the building next door, the people were having trouble working (this is through two outer wall and how ever many inner walls and about 100 feet of open air). I was impressed. We didn't get in trouble, although they may talk to use later. I like my new sub
