I hooked up my dvd player to my tv with the s-video cable, but both have color streaming/component video jacks. Would compenent video be better than the s-video?

Thanks,

Alvis

Component video is the way to go if you have it. Component and S-Video differ in the separation of signals (3 for component and 2 for S-video) and noting that component video is the native digital format for DVD.
