Insignia NS-WBRDVD adds Pandora
As of yesterday the Insignia NS-WBRDVD bluray player released a firmware update that added support for Pandora Radio. Just thought I would share this for people that have the player and may not have updated yet or didnt know what the update was about.
This player just got alot better!

Just picked up one of these as soon as I heard the news. So I've finally gone blu.
I hooked it up last night and liked it enough I already ordered a second. So, 2 players for around 120$ total and I can now watch Netflix or listen to Pandora in all of our entertainment areas, and can even watch the handful of Blus I have from combo packs.
I read that it is available for the Wired model too.

Yeah, both are refurbed units though. If you have access to the bestbuy auction site they go for around 60-70 shipped. They are going on EBAY too for similar prices (70-80) and are from BB as well.
They also have a ton of Samsung wifi dongles, so you could probably piece together a decent WiFi/BR/Netflix setup going that route.

I'm also working on a way to unbrick players that have bad firmware upgrades; does anyone here have a 27 WBRDVD firmware update handy? Apparently there is an issue with Netflix and the new 29 firmware.
Starman, I was just trying to get into the Best Buy auction site, do you know how to access it? Thanks in advance!

I haven't seen any wifi only thing for the Insignia though, just the player with it included. Really, there isn't generally much that's all that good to bid on. And the wifi players are going for a similar price from their ebay store.
*edit: Yeah, it looks like I can send out invites to the BB auction site, not sure if there is a limited amount though.

For those that have this model, be on the look out for a white-envelope coming from Best Buy. It includes a firmware update disc to install CinemaNow, and it also includes a $5 GC to CinemaNow too.
