I have the Mitsubishi DD-3000 DVD player and it will not play Independence Day. Has anyone else had this problem?

Seamless branching seems to be the undoing of many DVD players. Maybe a firmware upgrade could help. Contact Mitsubishi.

I returned it to sound advice. It played perfectly on their player. Sent it back for cleaning and maintenance. I hope this cured the problem!
