Question about BD Live

I purchased Michael Jackson This is it blu-ray it looks great, but when I try to use the BD Live it says my player doesn't have enough space try again later anyone know anything about this new to blu ray. I tried to update firmware and says no updates available. thanks for your help.

Did you read your owner's manual? It might state you need to insert a SD card with 1gb free in order to view BD Live content.
