Energy Take 5 Speaker Connection Help?

God...here we go with another speaker connection question. I just ordered the Sony DB840 Reciever, and I am pretty sure that it can accept pins for the speaker connectors...but what about my speakers. They are Energy Take 5s...and by looking at them, I don't see how they could take pins? Do I need banana plugs...or what...help!

I assume they have 5 way posts on them?
Unscrew the red/black plastic sleeves on the posts. There's a hole through the post running transverse to it. Put the pins through, then tighten the sleeves again.
