I am looking for a new TV for a built-in bookshelf unit that has space in the middle for a TV. My problem is that the depth of the shelf is not very deep -- only about 18 inches. The 32" tvs I've seen all are in the 21-23 inch depth range. Does anyone know of a 32" tv with less depth, or am I going to be forced to drop down to a 27" set? Thanks for any leads.

Instead of looking for a tv to fit the space, how about extending the depth of the shelf. The tv would only stick out 5 or 6 inches. Just a suggestion.
