Is it better if i set the audio on the dvd to 5.1 chs. or to 2 stereo since i have a pro logic only reciever?Please help

Better go for the two-channel. I have my Tosh 2109 set up for this going into my HK AVR20 II and it works better that way. Not sure what would happen if I did the DD 5.1, but I just did what the manual told me to do.

Can't wait for my Marantz to come in!!!

It won't hurt if you set a disc to 5.1 but I would go with the 2 channel if available. It's always better to have a studio encoded 2 channel track, than to have your player convert the 5.1 to 2 channel
