Seems there is a typo:
70 watts min RMS output per channel x5, 8 ohms, from 20-20lHz, 3.04% THS
should be:
70 watts min RMS output per channel x5, 8 ohms, from 20-20kHz, 0.04% THD
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/smile.gif

It is the replacement of the HTR-5140. The HTR-5240 has 70 watts per
ch. x 5 and 14 DSP Modes, built in DTS/DolbyDIG decoding. Very similar to
the HTR-5150 except for no S-Video

At ecost, it's just sold at $251. And based on the spec they posted, the receiver do have s-video in. Is ecost often mis-label their products?
