Finished my basement home theater
I had a roughly finished basement downstairs from my living room and decided it would make a perfect movie watching room with a few modifications.
My kid clearing out the marine corps care package building area.
Primer
Ready for red paint
Down the stairs
My humble hard rock cafe shot glass collection
The finished room.
My 12 year investment ~800 DVDs.
I had just finished showing The Shining to my wife the previous night, I couldn't help myself. I have more wall decorations to put up.
My happy theater.
Hitachi 50" 1080P plasma
XBox 360
LG upconverting DVD player, waiting on Vizio's BluRay in April
FiOS HD DVR (this piece of crap sucks. hard. I'll be putting my Series 3 TiVo back soon.
Denon 1909 Receiver
Monster power conditioner
Fosgate Audionic 12" sub and Center and LR and rear surrounds. They were cheap and sound great.

Haha - I was thinking, "Owned by the wife - pink paint." Then I though, "Maybe it's just pink primer!"
Nice product though.

Re: Finished my basement home theater
I've had the "Now Playing" stand for years, I got mine at Djangos when they were still around. I've seen it in other home theater online sites like those listed in the FAQ sticky.
